Service Warranty

We are so confident that you will be happy with the pre-screened service providers on this site that we back their service with a Service Warranty. This means that if you are not happy with the work that is done, we will step in and help make it right.

There are two levels of service warranty, Gold and Silver.

The Gold Service Warranty Service Providers have passed an 8 point pre-screening check list and are backed by a $1000 warranty.

Silver Warranty:
service_warranty_500Our Silver Service Providers have passed a 5 point pre-screening check list and are backed by a $500 warranty.

How it works in 4 easy steps:

1Choose your service category and select your service provider
Homeowners search the site and select the service provider they like.

2Homeowners register the job
Once you have decided to commence a project with a service provider from the website – all that needs to happen is for you to register the job on the service provider’s webpage before the project starts. (this is simply to ensure that the service provider was contacted through )

3Project is completed as usual
Service providers go ahead and complete the project as usual.

4If something goes wrong – Homeowners register a claim and the Service Warranty kicks in!
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied at the completion of your project, you need to register a claim on the service provider’s web page. At this stage, SD Homenet will step in and try to help resolve the problem. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll reimburse you up to $1,000* to get the job finished right.*restrictions apply, see the Service Warranty Terms and Conditions for details
